Just to prove how secure the system is: if you forget your password, BPITrade personnel will not be able to remind you. We have no way of determining your password from the database. However, our “password reset” option is simple and efficient. There is a “Forgot Password” option which the client can click and then fill-up a short request form. After we carefully validate your identity through a series of few special questions, you are given a new temporary password and encouraged to sign in immediately to change the temporary password.
